Had an enjoyable time and I would book here again. Clean property with early check in. Pleasant staff, beautiful & cool room. Location was stunning, not too far from Royal Mile. Plus I easily reached shops and the Christmas market, based near the venue.

Secure accommodation, brilliant location for a city break. The beds are very comfy, I loved them. The breakfast is simple, but savoury with snacks. Chilled out in Bar Napoli, located a short way from the venue.

if you are travelling to see portobello beach, it's just 15 minutes drive away. position was perfect. hard to think of anything. this place has met the needs.
